I remember seeing on their website a few months ago that the part numbers were identical. I even had my customer tell me he had the Supertech valves in his cylinder head as those are the ones he purchased from Supertech and it had a Ferrea part number right on the valve stem.
As far as the exhaust valve goes...I know the Super comp plus valves from Ferrea are a better valve however when I went to go look on their information page regarding the composition of the material all it said was high grade SS...which thats basically what inconel is but I can't say for certain that their Super comp plus is in fact an inconel valve based on the information provided on their website. I think overall though the best valves out for the Nissan are in fact the Ferrea...affordability wise Manley has a much more affordable valve made but the valve stems are slightly larger in diameter than the Ferreas and the stock valves. This requires the valve guides to be honed.
